The third deliverable provides a range of tools and models intended to serve as inspiration for developing a well-founded business plan for deaf-led media organisations to ensure the financial sustainability of their news provision in national sign language. It also includes an overview of various potential sources of income, possible (operational) costs, and growth strategies that can be adopted.
