The second deliverable is a marketing plan specifically targeted at deaf audiences, exploring how deaf-led media organisations can transition to a subscription model and persuade (potential) viewers to provide direct financial support for national sign language news services offered by these organisations. It includes an overview of the different types of viewers and the various marketing tools tailored to each group.
